Analytics preference
If the operator configures GA4, the site presents an analytics choice. Selecting “Allow analytics” stores analytics_consent=1; selecting “Essential only” stores analytics_consent=0. The preference lasts up to one year unless cleared in your browser.
Changing your choice
You can clear CarShows.online cookies in your browser to make the consent prompt appear again. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, but blocking essential session cookies may prevent account and checkout features from working correctly.
Server-side metrics
The application also maintains first-party aggregate operational metrics, such as page path, referring domain, device category and event-page counts, without storing raw IP addresses in the application analytics table.
